VF Corporation Intern International Sales and Consumer Experience KIPLING in Belgium
This internship is a combined role between Sales and Consumer Experience. You will be able to assist in the daily operational support to our key existing customers EMEA + South America but on the other hand you you will be able to assist the Consumer Experience Manager in owning the multichannel experience of our Imaginista Consumer and driving the business to deliver a superior consumer experience both internally & externally.
International Sales Tasks & Responsibilities
You will lead micro projects of prospection for new partners in those 2 continents.
You will also be responsible for administrative tasks.
Your accountabilities include:
Act as the primary contact point for customers, handling all correspondence which has to be sent out promptly.
Handling all commercial inquiries both by telephone and email regarding sales and provide full support to existing partners.
Assisting management team and interacting with colleagues of other departments to ensure smooth follow up of projects.
Lead micro projects of prospection for new partners in all continents.
Consumer Experience Tasks & responsibilities
Develop optimal consumer experience, brand experience and training programs for all channels and cascade throughout all points of sale:Develop all necessary versions/updates of Kipling sales & consumer experiences Lighten Up training & coaching tools and ensure translation in all European languages (English, French, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese)
Be an actor in building an internal culture of customer 1st & internal customer experience by optimizing ways & tools of internal communication & conversation
Create necessary content & update of all materials/tools for the online workspace & file sharing tool (Zoo platform)
Work on customer satisfaction report: Analyse, review, and follow action plan of Mystery shopping results, on-line customer surveys, etc.
Build relationship and provide support to Ecom CS team in UK. Aligning with other teams to deliver consistent CX to convey the same message.
Education: Business school or University, enrolled in Business & administration, or Communication/Digital sales/Marketing (offline/online) degree
Language: English, Dutch, Spanish is a plus
Good team player & flexible
Fluent in Microsoft Publisher/Microsoft office - Highly competent in Excel
Analytical Skills: able to develop and analyse, numerate
Able to work with cultural differences & adapt to changes
Well-structured and organized
Open minded with eye for detail and precision
