Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager Lee EMEA, it is your mission to develop, implement and manage strong and innovative digital marketing strategies for our Digital key accounts as well as social channels. You will play an important role in activating the Lee® brand with our Digital partners and digital landscape as well as driving sell-thru, generating interest and acquiring new customers.

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and can lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including social media and CRM

  • Drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives, (OGSTM), including Lee.com performance.

  • Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution

  • Work in conjunction with Ecommerce, Brand communication and Retail teams to develop marketing calendars for social media and Email marketing channels

  • Set-up digital campaign plans for Digital key accounts (Amazon, Asos, Zalando…)

  • Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase sell-thru and our market segment

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels

  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and online media opportunities and ensure the Lee® Brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly in mobile marketing

  • Measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and provide accurate reports and analysis to demonstrate effective return on investment for own channels and Digital key accounts (ROI)

  • Optimize content for the social networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.

  • Manage creative, copywriting and translation professionals

  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence and strategy

  • Collaborate with marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all digital channels

Skills

  • BS/MS degree in Marketing or related discipline

  • 5 years of relevant experience within a brand or agency, ideally in fashion/retail/apparel

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing is required

  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns across all channels

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, and motivate

  • Experience with A/B testing

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Strong interest in fashion, trends and youth culture

  • Problem solving and customer service driven attitude

  • Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing

  • Team player with great drive and enthusiasm

  • Flexible and able to deal with deadlines

  • Eye for detail, accurate and proactive, eager to learn, “hands on” and good organisation

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and knowledge of other
