Edwards Lifesciences Assistant in Belgium
To ensure efficient and smooth running of the Benelux office by supporting the Sales reps., BUM’s and Country Manager.
Major Job Functions:
Sales & Marketing
Ensure efficient and smooth organization congresses from A to Z
Ensure efficient, smooth organization and support to the sales organization
Follow-up on Cvents, RFA
Keeping track of promotional material
Internal event organization (Xmas party, Benelux meeting, Santa Claus)
Immediate contact with external parties (HCP’, travel agency,…)
Negotiation partner and contact person for contracts with :
Travel Agencies / Hotels
Other suppliers for the general office management and administration (e.g office supplies, printing services, etc.)
Coordinator for all mobile phone contracts
Ensure efficient and smooth organization of the reception, including welcoming visitors, suppliers. Organize lunches and taxi’s, etc.
Mail distribution around the office to each department
Assistance to Country Manager
Contact person for all enquiries when Country Manager is absent
All adminstration e.g mail correspondence, etc.
Organising all employee meetings, management meetings and company events
Organise any specific project, received from the Country Manager (eg Newsletter, charity project, etc.)
Must possess excellent organization skills and strong attention to details
Knowledge of Mdeon is a must
Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows environment (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
Self-starter, problem solver and being able to coordinate varied and multiple projects simultaneously
Language skills : Dutch/French mother tongue with excellent French/Dutch and English. Written skills other than mother tongue is an asset
Proven track record as Assistant/sales support is an asset
Experience within medical devices / pharma / medical field is an asset
Being able to manage and prioritize multiple requests via different channels (mail, phone, face to face requests)
Being flexible to be back-up to Assistants when necessary
