Our team of 180 employees works in offices and showrooms all over the world and distributes the Modular products in 80 countries.

Key areas of responsibility:

Our Project Care team supports large international retail, office and hospitality projects from the very first request from customers, sales and prescribers.

  • You are responsible for the whole communication process with our customers. You build a clear understanding of his requirements to translate it internally.

  • In managing the project, you work closely together with the different departments in our company: sales, R&D, purchase, transport etc. to ensure an in-time delivery of the goods.

  • You follow up the projects from A to Z, you have a lot of contacts with internal and external stakeholders through the whole process until delivery.

Essential job requirements:

  • You have a bachelor degree preferably in administration, communication or sales orientation or a have a relevant experience of a least 3 years in customer support role in a commercial setting

  • Working with SAP or knowledge of electronics are an advantage.

  • You have a structural work-approach, enjoy working in team and like getting things done.

  • You have an eye for detail and like a clear and open communication using this in your contacts towards customers and other stakeholders

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
