Our Talent Acquisition organization is responsible for the management of delivery of service excellence in resourcing across the EMEA region. This dynamic team attracts, selects, offers and closes candidates across a broad and diverse business portfolio including engineering, finance, administration, HR, legal, communications, trading, sales and marketing, supply chain management and others.
We are looking for a driven, organized, multi-tasker who is interested in applying their passion in a fast-paced, corporate environment as our Intern – dedicated to exciting project work in our team. The focus will be on helping recruiters with daily tasks, shadowing recruiters in interviews, candidate sourcing via social media and specific project work.
The duration of the internship will be preferably 3 months, but can be extended depending on your specific situation. Start date could be in February or March.
Cargill foresees a free shuttle service from and to the Mechelen train station, which is easy to reach from Antwerp, Brussels, Leuven or even Ghent.
Source prospective candidates utilizing various methods including internet job boards, LinkedIn, ad-reply, networking, direct sourcing, etc.
Screen applicant’s skills on their resume and through interviews.
Follow and support recruiter in interviews and meetings.
Add candidates to and track them on our applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain the efficiency and accuracy of our recruitment process and information.
Attend different university and job events.
Other projects and responsibilities related to general personnel programs as assigned.
You’re pursuing your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a similar, applicable major and looking for some hands on experience in a fast-moving environment.
You possess a high degree of integrity, and the ability to work with confidential information.
You enjoy technology and people. You’re a quick learner and you are comfortable working with people on the phone or in person.
You have excellent communication, time management and problem solving skills.
You are fluent in English. Any additional language skills are a plus.
Due to Belgian legislation you have to be a student at a Belgian University or School.
