The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all aspects of export/import order management activity and play an integral role in supporting sales and operations groups in achieving global objectives and customer satisfaction. For this, you obtain, analyze and verify the order information in a client friendly way. He/she initiates and/or implements corrective actions in order to ensure an excellent standard of service. The Customer Service Representative prepares customer service summary reports and co-ordinates the handling of special questions. * Enter, monitor and amend, where required, current sales and service orders to ensure Customer requirements are met * Ensure necessary paperwork requirements by country are clearly communicated to to shipping plant in the order * Maintain copies of all sales orders processed using the storage media provided * Monitoring and distribution of Invoices * Raise Credit/Debit notes, Product Return and Cancellation Authorization as agreed by the Customer Service Manager. * Creating and monitoring Expedite requests * Close follow up on key-accounts * Liaising with other departments as appropriate e.g. Manufacturing, Logistics, Documentation, Accounts and Field Sales. * Liaising with other local customer service/sales departments to provide plant information and assist on information requests - Liaising with other departments as appropriate * Investigation and resolving Customer and Inter-company departmental queries to a satisfactory conclusion. * Respond to routine and technical communications/enquiries from Customers and Sales Force. * Ensure Sales Office procedures are operated in accordance with those detailed in the Pall Quality Manual * Chasing credit and delivery blocks with local sales and credit control

* Minimum a Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience; * Fluent in English, Dutch and French. Knowledge of any other European languages is a plus; * Proficiency in MS Office, experience with ERP's (SAP is preferred); * Understanding of Biotech Processes and Knowledge of the European market is an asset; * Self-motivated; * Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing; * Good analytical and organizational skills; * Ability to operate as a member of a multidisciplinary team (sales, marketing, engineering, ...).
