Description
* Lead talent acquisition for Esko globally to support Growth of the business. * Leads Talent Acquisition across Esko, leading a team of 4 Talent Acquisition Specialists across the globe (based in N-America, India, Czech & Belgium). * Reviews and improves Esko’s global Talent Acquisition processes, to continue our journey of streamlining and improving our “standard work” Talent Acquisitions processes across the globe. Coaches TA specialists to ensure all follow the agreed steps. * Reviews current TA metrics and establishes improvement together with the Platform Talent Acquisition Leader. Tracks and analyses TA data monthly to detect trends and adjust strategies to improve performance. * Builds a solid understanding of Esko’s strategic plan and business growth needs. Partners with VP HR and Talent Leader to define areas of pipelining for Succession Planning or where to build the talent pipeline with external talent. * Builds a “social media” recruitment strategy for Esko globally, aligned with Danaher’s vision. * Execute full life cycle searches (hands-on) for Senior roles within Esko and or roles that are critical to business growth. This includes developing the search strategy, sourcing, prescreening and interviewing candidates to attract and evaluate candidates; develop and present recommendations on qualified candidates to our hiring managers. * Leads and coaches the Talent Acquisition Specialists in sourcing and recruiting for all “main stream” open roles across the company, decreasing Time to Fill and Agency costs and achieve any other goals as agreed for TA. * Owns the recruitment of future Danaher presidents by leading Esko’s recruitment program for the “General Manager Development Program” (a Danaher program), aiming to recruit MBA graduates across the globe. * Advises hiring managers on search strategy including market/talent realities; consult with hiring managers on addressable talent market. * Assesses talent and discern truly exceptional talent from strong talent; maintain high bar for top caliber talent for Senior Leader roles, GM Succession roles and critical roles. * Conducts broad based Lead Generation, Research and Sourcing to find great candidates. Leverage social media channels to develop relationships with external candidates and talent pools. * Partners with Esko Talent Leader to find internal Danaher Talent for open roles at all levels, all functions and all locations. * Partner collaboratively with hiring executives and HR business partners throughout full search. Problem solve effectively through any challenge encountered during the search. Be tenacious through to completion, adapting strategies/tactics as needed. * Communicates internally with customers and partners with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy when dealing with both internal and external parties. * Fosters Esko’s and Danaher’s employment brand and supports active and passive recruiting strategies. * Effectively manages relationships with external recruiting partners/vendors including budgets and ensures all Talent Acquisition costs are adequately forecasted. * In conjunction with Esko’s HR team and the business leaders, develop, implement and communicate the Talent Acquisition strategy across the regions. * Manage candidates and requisitions in the ATS. Ensure team’s information consistency and accuracy. * Work with key stakeholders to enhance employer brand in the marketplace to aide direct recruitment and support the Company’s purpose. * Personally recruit for senior level positions, leveraging in-house cost effective executive recruitment support to deliver a strong pipeline of talent. * Participates in Esko’s global HR Management Team.

Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of recruiting experience; Fortune 500 company environment preferred * Ideally, experience with an in-house executive recruitment function. Experience recruiting within the software industry is highly preferred. * Track record of successfully building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts as potential candidates and networking sources * Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy and make use of consistent processes or methodologies that ensure repeatable consistent results * Ability to distill and relay opportunity selling points for sourcing purposes and external communication touch points * An impeccable focus on customers and utilization of a consultative approach when dealing with internal and external clients * Demonstrated strategic influencing skills with clients, peers and partners who can effectively partner with individuals across our global organization at all levels * Experience with recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems required * Experience with social media networking and employment branding initiatives required * Experience complying with government regulations relating to hiring practices, including but not limited to: OFCCP, EEO, and Affirmative Action * Previous experience managing candidates and requisitions through an ATS. * Experienced in creating and delivering on in-house Talent Acquisition strategy. * Hands on experience of managing all aspects of TA in different countries in EMEA. * Must have experience recruiting for senior professional level positions and of working consultatively with key senior stakeholders. * Preferred experience managing vendor relationships.
