Xerox CPS Sales Specialist in Flemish Brabant, Belgium


The CMS sales specialist will:

  • Sell complex, high value solutionsand/or services in the document outsourcing area in support of the clientmanagers

  • Sell Communication & MarketingServices including Document Publishing Services,Transactional Print Services,Multi-Channel Communication Services, E-Collateral Services and Inbound andOutbound Digital Services.

  • Plan, facilitate and/or conductcomplex new business negotiations, typically over a long sales cycle.

  • Plan and execute effectiverelationship strategies for one strategic or several large, complexopportunities with a limited number of key/strategic customers and typicallymaintains relationships with customers on a senior management or executivelevel.

  • Include large deal acquisition salesfor consulting and professional services, outsourcing services for example.


  • Workswith Client Manager to provide subject matter expertise on the servicesofferings leading to a detailed statement of work

  • Providethe business rationale and risk assessment to management for makinginvestments in the account to develop business.

  • Becomethe “trusted adviser” on services and solutions that address the client’sbusiness challenges. Inspire them to embrace a new way of doing businessthrough outsourcing their document related processes

  • Participatewith the appropriate sales organization in account planning.

  • Providesupport and input in RFP responses, business case analysis, risk profilesand statements of work

  • Participatesin longer-cycle and technical aspects of negotiations, partnering withsolution architects

  • Sales:

  • Sellscomplex products or services, develops new accounts and/or expandsexisting accounts

  • Hashigh level of authority or opportunity to set and negotiateproduct/service terms

  • Mayact as a lead in a team when presenting products/services to existing orprospective customers

  • Influencescustomers and diffuses potential problems

  • Anticipatescustomer needs and identifies appropriate alternatives

  • ProblemComplexity:

  • Solvesa range complex problems; takes a new perspective using existingsolutions

  • Exercisesjudgment within defined procedures, practices and policies to obtainsolutions

Qualifications/ Background

  • Bachelor'sDegree or equivalent/Preferred in technical offering area

  • DocumentOutsourcing, Publishing and Managed Services related knowledge

  • ITStandard knowledge

  • Fluentin French, Dutch and English language

  • Deepunderstanding of competitive landscape and Industry knowledge

  • CMO,CIO and other C-level influencer on (digital) document strategy andoutsourcing
