PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
This role is responsible for creating and executing a global demand gen strategy and tactics for SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud, SAP’s Premiere Private Managed Cloud Offering, which is one of SAP’s strategic sales priorities. The position is part of the HEC Global GTM team.
This person will manage a wide-range of stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and business development teams as well as product leads from Global Marketing. The ultimate goal is to ensure we have scalable programs aligned with regional executive to meet our aggressive pipeline coverage goals, double-digit revenue growth and new customer acquisition targets.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor's Degree in Business, specialization in Marketing preferred
Excellent business-orientation and analytical skills combined with a focus on execution and results
Ability to work collaboratively and act as ‘One Team’ with other marketing functional teams and colleagues
Excellent organizational skills
Accountability for achieving both individual and shared team goals
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively with peers and management
Creative problem-solving abilities

A passion to establish and maintain positive relationships with business partners/stakeholders

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and inspire confidence with senior business stakeholders, strategic partners and customers, and across cultures.
7 to 10 years of relevant experience; global/international experience preferred
Relevant software / technology industry knowledge preferred. SAP portfolio knowledge is a plus
Ability to collaborate and work across virtual teams to achieve combined goals
Experience of working in a matrix environment and engaging with global, regional and local sales, marketing and business development teams.
Ability to manage a multitude of stakeholders needed
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
