Job Description:

We are looking for a storyteller with a knack for IT to join our local team in Diegem / Belgium.

No previous experience is required however you need to have a burning ambition to start a career in IT.

An overview of the role:

As a Presales Consultant, you will be the go-to person for the customer. It will be your job to maintain excellent communications with our customers, to identify, gather and asses their technical needs, and to actively support the account team with solution advice, proposals, presentations and other customer communications. The customer will see you as their trusted advisor, thereby building customer loyalty and trust. You will also work with others in the account to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

The focus areas are

  • Opportunity Analysis: gathering and assessing customer needs, lead generation, identifying focus & problem areas

  • Solution Planning & Design: Architecting technical solutions to meet customer requirements, creating implementation & test plans with appropriate timeline, assess competitive threats

  • Client Relationship: Maintain excellent communication with customer management, builds customer loyalty by acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Team Collaboration: Transfer knowledge to colleagues, provide support to deals in the pipeline and facilitate transition from sales to implementation.
