Our People Advisory Services department in Diegem is looking for a Consultant to reinforce their National and International Employment law and Social Security team .

As a consultant you will be responsible for:
Provide services in the area of national and international employment law, national and international social security, immigration, assistance with social inspections, due diligence, HR policy matters development and review ,.. .
Produce work of high quality in a consistent way and develop positive relationships with the EY global network and client personnel.
Provide exceptional client service to your assigned clients and other stakeholders and act as the first line day-to-day contact for a number of defined clients.
Assist the engagement manager in the organization of the client work and delivery of exceptional client service.
Contribute to a positive team environment.
You will be part of an integrated Employment Consulting practice located in Brussels providing global mobility services on individual income tax, social security, immigration and other related areas.
You have a master degree in Law and preferably an additional degree in Social Law
You have a first relevant experience in social law
You have strong language skills (Engl./Dutch) and at least basic skills in French
You are a team player and confident communicator
You demonstrate drive and determination
You want to become a trusted business advisor and an expert in national and international social law
