On Friday 15th December, it was announced that Unilever was to sell the Spreads business to KKR and the transfer of ownership is expected to take place in July 2018. KKR are committed to supporting the including working towards the goal of sourcing 100 per cent sustainable palm oil by 2019.

Your Role

  • Define, optimise & support set up of Sales processes (Pricing, Data availability, Annual Integrated Business Process)

  • Insure through field sales team the perfect execution of head office negotiated

  • Define & continuously sharpen field set up and way of working

  • Run monthly field sales meeting & define clear priorities delivering maximal business impact

  • Develop & evaluate set of tools for field sales reps to be able to act locally

  • Coach field sales team to new company culture & new field sales requirements with clear KPI setting & performance coaching

  • Stimulate continuous feedback loop & communication from office to field and vice versa

  • Define flexible field needs and resources & set up external partnerships

Professional skills & experience

  • Bachelor

  • Min 8 years of experience in Sales in FMCG (preferable with field sales coaching experience)

  • Analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Coaching experience

  • Fluent in French and Dutch
