The Role

To stimulate its further growth, Willis Towers Watson Belgium is looking for a talented French-speaking Senior Consultant (m/f) for its CRB (Corporate Risk and Broking) activities in our Zellik office.

What will your job entail as Senior Sales Consultant Corporate Risk & Broking?

You are responsible for the development of B2B clients and the handling of an existing portfolio of mainly French-speaking clients. Although your core activity will focus on non-life industrial risks, you are to defend the holistic vision of Willis Towers Watson towards our clients-entrepreneurs. You have a clear capacity to cross- and upsell. You are keen on every opportunity arising and will approach prospects in both a proactive and strategic manner in order to develop your analytical answer.

Your geographic working area includes Brussels and Wallonia. Your professionalism and commercial flair convince your existing and prospective clients. You are highly motivated and results-oriented, with the right non-life insurance background, and know how to approach the decision-makers at your prospects and clients.

Thanks to your commercial assertiveness, and in close collaboration with our back-office, you establish long-term quality partnerships with your (new) clients. You listen to their business needs, seek the right solution with them for an optimal risk management approach and translate it into an agreed strategic operational plan. Your advanced communication skills permit you to conduct discussions at any level.

You are a team player and report to the Sales & Practices Director.

The Requirements

Job requirements

  • Preferably a university degree

  • Insights into non-life insurance, brokerage and/or the consulting industry

  • The successful candidate must be proficient in English, French and Dutch.

  • A minimum work experience of 8 years is required
