We are looking to fill the role of Salesforce Engagement Manager who is vital in the support of our valued clientele. In this role you will be responsible for:
Generating and developing opportunities for Salesforce projects for our practice, from initial sales pitch to scoping, defining approach, staffing and prototyping, supported by product & technical experts
Leading executive whiteboard/strategy sessions discussion around sales, marketing, and customer care processes in the Salesforce ecosystem
Developing Salesforce value propositions for clients integrating IBM solution components (e.g. IBM Watson cognitive solutions and integration solutions)
Being a key contributor to proposal development and pricing, including presenting to the client
Acting as a trusted advisor for both the client and the IBM team, acting as Quality Assurance point of contact and maintaining ownership of project success for the client and IBMAt events & conferences to represent our practice and deliver adequate messages and discussion facilitation
Managing process, projects and resources involved in the fulfillment and delivery of Salesforce-related work products
Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key decision makers at our valued clients
Managing expectations and day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor’s Degree, master’s preferred
Proven track record of high performance & substantial achievements in your past positions
Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in facilitation and presentation
3+ years Salesforce consulting / implementation experience
5+ years delivering and selling consulting services with responsibilities in a director-level consulting role and/or management
Salesforce certifications (at least Sales or Service Cloud Consultant), or ability and willingness to certify within agreed term after joining
Experience with Business Process Engineering or Re-Engineering in the areas of Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Service
Sales experience and significant enterprise level Project Management experience (SOWs, Contract Management, Risk Management, Staffing)
Fluent in French/Dutch and English
Openness to travel up to 50% (typically in Benelux) and in possession of permit to travel & work in the EU
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
