The moment a guest steps

into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As a

Front Desk Agent, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle

transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a

friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our

guests feel at home in any location.

Your day-to-day:

  • Register androom all arrivals according to procedures

  • Maintaincashier float and ensure an accurate daily report of all money received

  • Perform auditbalances and prepare all works for audit

  • Check nightreport, prepare morning report & prepare all necessary forms for guestarrivals

  • Post charges tothe guest accounts that have not been posted or were incurred on the nightaudit shift

  • Verify accountpostings & balances

  • Assist in RoomService-service

  • Ensure securitytours are done as per safety procedure

  • Maintain highstandards of the hotel with particular regard to the importance of IHG Loyalty

  • Follow theEnd-of-day/Night Audit checklist

  • Run end of dayprocess in PMS
