Pfizer Logistics Services Associate in Brussels, Belgium
Within an international supply chain organization, our team is in charge of Demand, Supply and Logistics for the Belgian and Luxemburg market. Together we must ensure the satisfaction of our internal and external customers with the patient at the center of our attention.
Role purpose and main responsibilities
Logistics Services Admin' main responsibility is to monitor the daily operation at LSP (Logistics Service Provider).
Complete operational activities for the daily inventory reconciliation. Monitor LSP invoices process.
Monitor daily operations at LSP
Supervise and insure daily inventory reconciliation and stock location monitoring
Manage Third Parties invoice controls and payment process
Complete the Quarter closure process ensuring compliance with revenue recognition process
Support the inventory management process at LSP
Support all Logistics and supply SOPs
Waste management reporting maintenance and yearly declaration
Manage Indirect goods Orders
Prepare the monthly KPIs meeting (ORM) to review and validate metrics and KPIs
Ensure consistency and quality of all logistics KPIs
Prepare monthly logistics & supply performance update for all BUs
Skills, knowledge, qualifications and experience
Fluent in French and knowledge of written and oral English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
Education level : Bachelor or Master (analytical, number-oriented)
An interest in Logistics is a must
PC literate, with knowledge of relevant data manipulation systems (Excel).
Team working and co-operation skills: high interpersonal skills necessary to work in a team environment and share relevant information to the concerned parties.
