Customer Engagement Executive (CEE) - Human Capital Management

As a Customer Engagement Executive, you will have overall responsibility for the daily management of assigned HCM - customer accounts. Your mission will be to increase customer retention, renewals and upsells/cross-sells by strong relationships with key customers.

The Role

As the primary point of contact for approximately 5-20 customer accounts you will have a strong view of what ‘operating in the cloud’ means and be able to articulate this to them. By joining our customers on their omnichannel strategy and business and digital transformational journey you will encourage cloud behaviour, identify risks and steer customers away from on-premise thinking.

Role Requirements

The ability to easily identify and understand the needs of our customers and develop these opportunities is essential to this role so significant experience in working with external customers, a Cloud mindset and knowledge of SaaS is required. You should have good commercial experience developing account management plans and a background in sales/pre-sales, CRM, digital marketing or ecommerce environment with the ability to manage complex customer engagements. Fluency in English, Dutch and French is required.
