OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The CRM Manager is responsible for managing Janssen CRM business functionalities ensuring enhancement and optimisation of key business processes aimed to sustain and maximise the company's impact during Customers’ interactions.
Take ownership for a selection of complex business processes managed by the CRM team and act as the 'subject business matter expert'
Analyzing, simplifying and prioritizing requirements; translating and documenting into detailed use cases. Ensuring that the identified solutions do not conflict with the existing business processes or cross functional applications
Liaise with system developers to ensure quality of deliverables, timely progression of projects, and adherence to specification
Devising solutions to business problems and supporting company's sales by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly and precisely to stakeholders, facilitators and partners
Following up on functionalities testing with IT and local teams
Successfully develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders in order to maintain communication and manage expectations in regard to product functionality and delivery
Prepare business communications including presentations, summaries for the local affiliates management and reports
Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
Communicate to internal stakeholders the CRM functionalities and engage the CRM & user’s community through appropriate change management program.
Extensive experience CRM ideally in pharma industry.
Strong background in customer engagement
A process person used to operate in environments where complexity is high with the necessary business acumen to establish logical links between processes and business impact
Able to review business requirements, identify issues and generate possible solutions to complex problems whilst establishing good standard operating procedures
Able to translate business requirements into written specifications and/ or visual aids (e.g. PowerPoint)
Experience of communicating complex technical/ functional concepts to non-technical audiences
Highly numerate with the ability to interpret data and trouble shoot problems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across our organization both internal and external
Prioritize workload and manage own time to meet agreed targets and deadlines
A Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organisation.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Master degree in a relevant discipline.
Expert in field of Sales & Marketing, CRM & Multichannel
Comprehensive understanding of the critical business questions and drivers of performance.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong networking skills with the ability to create and develop collaborative working relationships across different departments and countries
Strong change management experience.
Excellent written and spoken English. Fluency in additional EMEA languages would be beneficial.
Ability to work effectively in virtual teams in a highly matrixed environment.
A minimum of 5-8 years business experience is required in the CRM business field.
The role is Central Europe based and will involve travel (50%) within the home country and across the EMEA region.
It is anticipated that the role holder will be based in his/her current country of residence as long as easy access to travel/transportation and local hosting is available at a Janssen office.
