Monsanto Project Engineer in ANTWERP, Belgium

As a Mechanical Project Engineer you will be part of the engineering group of the EME Central Project Division.

This department manages the investments for all European locations in the field of ​​capacity building, improvement and environmental projects.

The primary focus of this function is the support of corn seed production, which can extend to projects for chemical plants and vegetable seeds.

As a project engineer, you are responsible to determine the technologies to be used and determining the capabilities of the new production facilities.

You manage the project from conceptual phase to startup.

In addition, you actively seek improvements of the efficiency, quality and sustainability of our production.

As your experience grows, the importance and variety of projects will also increase.

  • Master in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  • You are eager to learn and you are not afraid to take initiative

  • You have affinity with statistics and data analysis

  • You have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of English is a must, French is desirable

  • Projects for seed production mainly take place in the following countries: France, the Netherlands, Hungary, Romania, Turkey and Ukraine
