As an Account Leader, you will lead work on complex client engagements, identifying, designing, and implementing innovative, effective solutions that produce a lasting impact for clients. In this exciting role, you will be the primary contact for the client, and be given a high degree of independence to drive the direction of the engagement and success of the project. You will be trusted to build a long-term relationship of trust with our clients. Beyond client project work, the incumbent will support the development of new clients and markets, delivery of presentations to executives, and creation of thought leadership.
This position will allow you to apply your business development and managerial skills to find solutions to the complex challenges companies face. You will also be able to apply analytical, communication and client management skills to develop and maintain positive client relations and high client satisfaction levels.

-Managing the execution of complex consulting engagements to ensure the project and deliverables meet or exceed the client’s requirements and expectations and deliver superior value to clients. This entails:
Analyzing client challenges and structuring the project activities in line with the scope and objectives of the engagement
Leading and directing large, diverse project teams, overseeing the quality of the project delivery
Engaging and managing key stakeholders at the most senior levels (C-level) to ensure client’s expectations are fully met
Proactively identifying issues and risks, examining alternatives, and pursuing the optimal course of actions to minimize adverse impact and maximize project success
-Managing and enhancing relationship with clients, ensuring that DuPont Sustainable Solutions becomes a trusted partner for the client
-Working with the Regional Director and Principals in developing new business leads and identifying further opportunities to grow the business
-Playing an active role in building the firm by:
Participating and contributing to functional and/or industry networks with the aim of developing and sharing best practices
Mentoring / coaching junior colleagues to support their development within the organization
Relevant management experience in a consulting firm and/or in a similar position in the industry, preferably in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, Metals & Mining, Utilities
Manufacturing and transportation sectors
Proven experience in leading complex business / operations transformation programs characterized by a high change management component
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to extensively interact with clients at all levels
Strong leadership skills and proven track record in building teams
Results-oriented approach and passion for continuous improvement
Previous experience in safety, process safety, operational excellence or operational risk management programs in an industrial company is required
Project management certification (e.g. PMP) will be a plus
Knowledge of challenges and growth opportunities in the EMEA region
Master degree in Engineering or equivalent, MBA or MS preferred
Fluency in English and in at least one of the following languages: French, Dutch, German or Spanish
Ability to travel extensively up to 80 % of monthly time
