Job Title

Manager, Total Rewards


Accountable for program design, development and initial implementation for total rewards programs in Western Europe and in Germany/Switzerland.

Builds programs that recognize employees as consumers with diverse interests

Scales programs for local implementation and partners with HRBPs and GBSC-HR on ongoing administration and delivery

Senior roles act as consultants to HR and business leaders on a wide variety of Total Rewards issues

Total Rewards programs include all compensation programs, work/life experience, mobility, benefits, and health & wellness programs


Responsible for the management of total rewards programs in Western Europe and in Germany/Switzerland

Benchmarks existing programs and recommends changes based on market practice, business/corporate objectives, or legislative requirements

Monitors programs and budgets and collects post-implementation program results. Recommends changes based on findings

Partners with Total Rewards global teams in supporting global initiatives with regional/divisional scope

Reviews vendor performance to ensure service levels are maintained, oversees the invoice and billing process and acts as a critical resolution point for escalated service delivery issues

Handles escalated issues with vendors and GBSC-HR. Trains junior colleagues on issue resolution in accordance with established procedures and best practices

Assists with M&A Integration analysis and performs due diligence analyses

Serves as the expert on the functionality of Total Rewards technology, tools and platforms that are utilized and assists with upkeep and troubleshooting

Participates in a robust Peer Review process and is accountable for all work from junior level colleagues

Develops relationships and establishes credibility with executives, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders across Europe.

Provides client compensation support during the year-end compensation review cycle.


Experience managing day-to-day Total Rewards programs/processes and tracking progress/performance

Demonstrated success working with senior internal and external stakeholders

Experience coordinating with vendor/consultants and tracking progress against project deliverables, timelines and budget

Uses strategic thinking to leverage data for insights as to program design, implementation tactics and communication strategy

Demonstrated advanced knowledge of market, trends and industry best-practice

Very good knowledge of English and French is required, any additional European language is a strong asset
