At EY, Financial Services Organization (FSO), we have a dedicated TAS (Transaction Advisory Services) team that works very closely with financial services TAS colleagues across Europe. Due to significant expansion of our business, we are seeking to grow our dedicated FS capability and we have opportunities for ambitious and talented professionals.

Depending on your level of experience, you will step in as a Manager / Senior Manager within the Financial Services TAS team, where you will lead, and take part in corporate finance engagements related to transactions involving both corporate and private equity clients.

You'll analyze the financial and operational results and financial position of companies targeted for sale with a focus on the appraisal of the business and a risk assessment of the transaction. You will be involved in clients' considerations and discussions of the transaction.

You'll work effectively as a team member and demonstrate commitment to quality and sharing responsibility. You will help to create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members and support their development.



We are looking for dynamic, motivated individuals with a track record of achievement as an advisor in a professional services and/or financial industry environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in continuing their career in the financial services sector and will combine some of the following attributes:

• A strong understanding of financial services sector and relevant accounting issues

• A recognized financial services qualification (preferably qualified accountant)

• Experience with due diligence in financial services institutions (insurance, banking, asset management, etc)

• Fluent in Dutch/French and English.

Skills requirements:

• Strong academic record including a degree in a relevant field

• Excellent analytical, IT and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work well within a team, and to lead as needed a group of high performing professionals

• Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• Problem solver, able to work autonomously and deliver with a moderate level of supervision

• Strong sense of initiative and open to new challenges and ideas.
