In an international and multicultural environment, the Training Manager manages and oversees the integration and development of all CS employees, is responsible for following up and conducting internal quality monitoring to ensure the delivery of an excellent client experience over all channels of communication and developing training activities which enhance the client service's overall performance. The Training Manager coordinates and animates the referent community and develops their business knowledge and presentation skills. The Training Manager takes a lead role in the organization of the end-year peak season and ad hoc projects.The main responsabilities of the role are defined but not limited to :

Induction Training

  • Plan, prepare and coordinate the Induction program for new Client Advisors in collaboration with the Team Managers.

Client Experience

  • Support Team Managers with coaching

  • Analyze call quality results, provide performance feedback and trends and address appropriate action plans when necessary.

Referent Community

  • Coordinate, animate the referent community and develop their business knowledge, training and presentation skills

  • Ensure efficient preparation and execution of morning briefings across the teams

Product Training

  • Partner with zone merchandising teams to organize mini-showrooms, roll out product re-trainings and conduct performance assessment

  • Adapt any module to the specificities of a Client Service environment

Peak Season

  • Organize the training program in collaboration with the team referents, develop brochures and training materials and create testing and evaluation processes

Change management

  • Identify and analyze change impacts, related to projects and activity variation, in terms of internal organization, operations, workload, advisors skills and profiles and propose solutions and training

Project Management

  • Assist the CS Director in launching ad hoc projects, ensuring proper coordination of all partners and efficient roll outs of training towards the team.


  • Consolidate training records in LMS#LI-GT


To be succesfull in the role, the selected candidate will hold a combination of the following professional and interpersonal skills :

  • Fluent in English. Any other European language is an asset

  • Minimum of 5 years working in luxury retail/service industry

  • 2 years of Managerial experience

  • Strong Client mindset

  • Be able to adapt and react to changes

  • Strong Louis Vuitton Culture and excellent product knowledge

  • Training delivery skills - strong presentation skills with use of different techniques to facilitate learning

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong people management skills

  • Proactive, highly organized and collaborative

  • Good understanding of PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Excel#LI-GT
