VF Corporation Supply Chain Finance Analyst in Belgium
Would you like to join a dynamic team in the ever-evolving world of Supply Chain Finance? We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Finance Analyst to join our office in Bornem, Belgium.
In this function you will support our Supply Chain business partners in making critical decisions with financially driven recommendations and analysis. The Financial Analyst's Responsibilities include monthly close activities, forecasting, and budgeting and tracking of operational KPIs.
Support the Standard Costs of JeansWear items calculation ensuring consistency across all the brands
Analyse and reconcile actual cost variances versus standard costs
Analyse and report Supply Chain support costs (logistics costs, duty and sg&a)
Provide proper documentation to Accounting to perform journal entries in general ledger related to supply chain variances
Analyse and report Overhead Costs by cost center (actual, forecast, budget)
Ad hoc analysis of supply chain costs and margin variances
Analyse and report inventory by channel focusing on P&L impacts
Provide to accounting and analyse inventory adjustments
Review material inventory variances vs forecast with Supply Chain Operations teams
Analysis of distressed inventory and inventory reserves
Support in measure inventory KPI for both Retail and Wholesale business
Support Supply Chain metrics analysis
Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
Prepare documentation required for internal controls and SOX processes surrounding inventory and margin variances areas
Ad Hoc - Support development, implementation and streamlining of reporting
Able to work under pressure to continuously meet tight deadlines, demanding quotas and/or deal with difficult situations.
University Degree in Accounting/Finance
3-4 years of experience as analyst/cost accountant
Good communication skills and the ability to communicate financial issues with non-finance professionals
Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines.
Assertive & Challenging him/herself, the team & the business partner(s)
Fluent in English
Analytical Skills and attentions to details
Advance IT Skills (especially in Excel)
ERP and Reporting tools: very good knowledge
