Position Responsibilities\Requirements:

At FIS we are looking for a Sales Executive to grow the business for the Open Test Solutions (OTS) business within EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • excellent sales track record driven to succeed

  • capable of building and managing a strong sales pipeline

  • the ability to build and manage relationships at senior levels both internally and externally

  • establish and develop relationships with 3rd parties.

  • demonstrable capability to formulate sales strategies and initiatives

  • deliver services and Licence revenues growth in the region.

  • an understanding of the banking and payments industry

As a Sales Executive, you will report into the Sales Director EMEA of the Open Test Solutions line of business.

There’s no preference on where the candidate will be based, however travel will be required within the region to manage customers, prospects and partners.


  • Increase sales to meet the corporate objectives of FIS test solutions, tools and services

  • Develop new business opportunities in EMEA for FIS's OTS payment test offerings to ensure our future growth

  • Represent OTS at main banking and payment events (trade shows, conferences, …)

  • Identify testing opportunities in the region

  • Build strong relationships with other FIS teams in the region and/or local external partners


  • Degree level education

  • Strong sales background

  • Fast learner, able to work independently within a team

  • Strong analytical mind

  • Flexible, autonomous and well-organised

  • Able to communicate accurately both verbally and in writing

  • Adaptable and flexible in your approach

  • Ability to travel internationally

  • A good understanding of card and bank payments is an advantage
