Job Description

This is an exciting role within the Sportswear and Contemporary Brands Coalition helping to shape the future of our PAN EU online business.

Your role is to coordinate the brand shops / merchandising activities of our PAN EU Key online customer and to merchandise the products according to seasonal categories and marketing strategies to drive sales and conversion. Together with your Manager, you will constantly focus on improving execution of the most compelling online assortments and merchandising initiatives to deliver a USP within a competitive online landscape.

  • Daily assessment of the brand shops to make sure that everything is as it should be.

  • Reporting and following up on any bugs/changes/blockers found.

  • Work closely with the Ecom and Marketing team to create the online brand experience and match the assortment and promotional activity as well as shaping additional online activities.

  • Making sure that all activities have the correct HP, LP and asset banners.

  • Maintenance of the brand shops making sure all pages are merchandised correctly. Using key KPIs to meet business requirements and stock levels.

  • Pre-seasonal preparation including assembling and upload of product data and other required assortment information such as digital content like product pictures

  • Orderbook and contract management and call-off follow-up

  • Replenishment and stock level management

  • Help to manage inventory to make sure that all customer and marketing needs are met.

  • Make sure all Product Images are correct and associated with the right product in the right place to improve brand performance

  • Briefing the Marketing team for any additional online activities outside of the Brand Marketing calendar scope. Ensuring all assets and copy are delivered on time.

  • Help to build the online marketing calendar.

  • Maintain search functionality making sure all products have keyword association.

  • Daily monitoring of marketplaces (3P share and price changes) to strengthen brand strategy

  • Work closely with the Key Account Manager to ensure all actions are delivered on time and to specification.


  • Weekly / monthly analysis and reporting of bestsellers and worst sellers and advise on key actions.

  • Weekly / monthly analysis and reporting of category share, sell through

  • Weekly pre-order call-off report

Profile Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in an eCommerce or digital environment with a focus on merchandising, coordinating and achieving commercial business results

  • Preferably a Bachelor or master degree or equivalent through experience

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

  • Deliver work with accuracy and to the highest standards with an eye for detail

  • Strong communication skills

  • Work on own initiative

  • A team player, sharing skills and ideas to ensure the best outcome for business and the team

  • Good understanding of the online consumer journey and able to suggest improvements to create a better shopping experience.

  • A good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM and social media is required

  • Good in using Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
