Your tasks and responsibilities would include:
Produce work of high quality in a consistent way and motivate and supervise other team members to do the same
Develop positive relationships with the EY global network and client personnel
Provide exceptional client service to your assigned clients and other stakeholders and act as the first line day-to-day contact for a number of defined clients
Assist the engagement manager in the organization of the client work and delivery of exceptional client service
Contribute to a positive team environment
Detect and assist in developing possible business opportunities
The scope of your work will include services in the area of national and international employment law, national and international social security, , assistance with social inspections, due diligence, HR policy matters development and review,.. .
You will be part of an integrated People Advisory Services practice located in Brussels & Antwerp providing global mobility services, covering the international social security and employment aspects of the work-relationship. .
You will supervise the junior consultants
You have a master degree in Law (an additional degree in Labour Law or European Law is a must)
You have 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Global Mobility and international social security field
You have strong language skills (Engl./Dutch) and at least basic skills in French
You are a team player and confident communicator
You demonstrate drive and determination
You want to become a trusted business advisor and an expert in national and international social law
