Position

As a Junior Category & Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the daily business analysis and the optimization of each category in the retail. Furthermore, under the supervision of the Sales Manager, you will follow-up a team of sales representatives in order to achieve the sales objectives and ton increase our presence in the POS in line with the sales strategy.

Your responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your key responsibilities are:

Category Management:

  • Analyze the market results by month and by retailer

  • Analyze and optimization of the assortment of each category by retailer

  • Analyze and follow-up of the rotation and stock by category and by retailer

  • Monitor and follow-up the returns by retailer and by line

  • Define a segmentation and a classification strategy of the market

  • Shelf measurement

  • Prepare periodic sales report

    Retail Management

  • Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, you will follow-up the sales representatives team in order to reach sales KPI's & sales targets

  • Analyze the retail productivity, the number of visits by sales representative, by retailer and by month

  • Monitor the key performance indicators and prepare periodic sales reports

  • Follow-up the agenda's and the administration tasks with the sales representative

  • Responsible of the Temp BC's budget, the allocation and follow up with the agencies

  • Maintain a high level of communication and collaboration within the field team and with others departments

  • Prepare and manage the Field routine such as Weekly Morning Calls & Monthly Field visits

    Profile

Profile:

  • Master degree diploma with 1 to 2 years of experience in Retail or FMCG

  • Result oriented, entrepreneurial and organized

  • Excellent skills in Excel

  • Excellent communication skills with a good team spirit

  • Commercial and dynamic spirit

  • Strategic thinking, and ability to think out of the box

    Trilingual: Dutch, French and English
