Working as a Sales Executive means you will have a strong focus on upselling, building relationships and working closely together with the customer and your colleagues.
Your role as a Sales Executive @ Atos
Finding business with new customers and building long lasting relationships with customers is your role within the Professional Services division of Atos. Your primary focus is on creating new business, therefore your hunting skills and knowledge of the Times and Means market are detrimental to your success. You will mainly concentrate on growing the French speaking market, both in private as well as with public customers. In addition you elaborate on existing relationships with customers and work with the contract managers to grow the existing accounts, opening new opportunities in new departments at existing customers. You are a curious person, interested in working with new people, communicative and supporting towards other team members and colleagues, as well as independent working towards an own created and set-out plan.You are meticulous, honest and respectful towards others. You are interested in IT and are acquainted with the normal working methods of working normal in secondment business. You have a positive track record in selling and lead generation in secondment business and have a network related to the Walloon part of Belgium. You have a network within the Walloon private and public industry in Belgium. You are trilingual, with French mother tongue, perfect English and very good Dutch.Furthermore you possess to following skillset:· You are great at analyzing resumes, preparing employees for intakes and creating “hot seats” at client locations. In short, you have recruitment qualities;· You are energetic and with your excellent communicative skills you can effectively move people at different levels in the organization;· You are a self – starter;· You are perseverant and you have the power to persuade;· You have an authentic personality
Where do I belong within Atos Professional Services?
Atos Professional Services has been delivering high quality ICT services for many years to large corporations. The portfolio of ICT services is therefore very wide. This means there are many opportunities to further developer yourself within Technology Services. In this role, you work regionally in one of the market oriented Practices. One Practice within Atos is a relatively autonomous operating “organization” with approximately 300 – 500 employees. These employees are being used as much as possible within the region by the Management Team. Sharing and developing knowledge happens on different levels in the so-called competence lines and expertise groups of Atos.Atos Professional Services is further divided into different regions. As a Sales Executive you will be part of the team in Belgium. Each Sales Executive has its own accounts.
What do you bring to our team?
·Master degree;· 5 years of working experience in a sales position in the ICT secondment industry;· Experience and a network in the Walloon private market area is beneficial;· There is a strong preference for a French speaking person, as you will be developing the Walloon accounts, however the team is mainly Dutch speaking, so very good language skills of Dutch are must, as well as excellent English
