Job Description

Supply Chain Delivery Manager

As Supply Chain Delivery Manager, you are the primary point of

contact for requests coming from AWL International Sales as well as from the National

Sales organization. You act as single point of contact to the internal AWL

organization and Senior Management for delivery and high priority issues and

incidents.

You are strongly focused on customer demands and manage these

demands. You manage the forecast by tracking the changes and analyze new

requirements or items with their business implications.

You ensure the regular communication with the internal key

stakeholders in order to ensure a high level of customer service. You form a

strong relationship with Sales by your understanding of customer requirements

and business drivers.

Next to above mentioned primary responsibility you drive internal

improvement actions related to the overall supply chain. Therefore, you

demonstrate strong affinity with project management skills. You strive to

deliver the objectives on time and in full. You quickly establish a

professional network within the company to gain cooperation.

Job Requirements

Profile

  • Master degree in commercial engineering or other with preferably a relevant business experience in a similar position (e.g. like CRM).

  • A customer focus and pro active attitude

  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

  • Ability to act with customer orientation and be attentive and responsive to customer concerns. Ability to successfully understand and translate the needs of varied customers into Terminal Operations activities.

  • Demonstrated insight, tact, and diplomacy skills sufficient to foster effective relations and build consensus within TOP and with diverse groups in the enterprise.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of a diverse environment, including senior management, administrative groups and individuals.Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience in leading and working effectively in an environment with rapidly shifting and often contradictory demands and priorities.

  • Showing tact and diplomacy

  • Languages : minimum French/English or Dutch/English

  • Some technical knowledge and affinity

  • IT skills for reporting ( Oracle, Business Objects, SAP, …)

  • “Hands-on” mentality

  • Supply and demand management skills

  • Project management skills
