VF Corporation Financial Reporting Analyst in Belgium

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our office in Bornem, Belgium.

In this role you are responsible for the financial reporting of a series of brands and entities across Europe. This includes internal reporting to Senior management as well as Corporate reporting to our US head office. You work in close co-operation with the accounting and business analysis teams. You report to the Reporting & Analysis Manager.


  • You are responsible for the reporting of several European legal entities

  • You are responsible for the direct-to-consumer business channel.

  • You work in close co-operation with the accounting department to ensure the accuracy of reported data

  • You assist in monthly forecasts in close co-operation with your business analyst colleagues

  • You assist in the monthly Corporate reporting submissions for Actuals and Forecasts

  • You assist in the preparation of the annual budget and handle the submissions to VF Corp

  • You ensure financial controls are properly documented in a timely manner for Sarbanes-Oxley reporting.

  • You assist in ad-hoc requests from business analysts and management.


  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Finance;

  • Experience in a US GAAP reporting environment is a plus

  • Ability to work in an environment where deadlines are critical

  • Computer Skills: MS Office; strong knowledge of Excel (macro’s is a plus);

  • Knowledge of MPC and SAP is a plus

  • Proficient in written and spoken English

  • Good analytical Skills

  • Realistic

  • Pragmatic

  • Ability to spot financial risks and trends
