MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES1- Finance & Controlling- Leads consolidation within the subsidiaries of sales planning data (Estimates, Budget, Plan) supporting Sales & Marketing departments.- Manages efficiently processes in accounting and controlling (budgeting, reporting, cash collection, funding, treasury, cost controls).- Prepare the local Annual Statements.- Manage all reporting and business follow-up of our Distributor in Luxembourg.- Ensures all finance reporting on time to MH, MH Europe, Maisons.- Actively monitor and evaluate the overall performance of the business and ensure the quality of financial information provided to local and international management within requested deadlines.- Ensure solid FTT contract management for both On and Off trade channels.- Regularly update Business Controller NE&I and Chief Financial Officer MHE on relevant points of attention and issues relating to financial operations in Belgium.- Generate/Coordinate ad hoc analysis on channel, customer or product profitability and support Sales Directors, Marketing Director and General Manager in assessing profitability of promotions and other initiatives.- Manages external audits.- Manages and controls Tax processes.2- Risk Management & Compliance- Constructs and monitor reliable Internal Control systems within MH Belux.- Implement operational and administrative procedures, in line with Group standards.- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.- Liaises with MH Europe Legal department for all legal and contractual topics.- Ensure that record keeping meets MH, LVMH and external auditors requirements.- Reports risk issues to the Country Manager and MHE CFO.- Manages internal and external audits.IT & HR- Maintain, secure and facilitate the use of IT systems that enable the organisation to achieve its business objectives.- Coordinates the implementation of MH IT business and supply chain projects.- Be responsible of HR topics related to administration, payroll in compliance with the LVMH and MH guidelines guidelines.
Supply Chain & Sales administration- Manage the Customer Service team to ensure the right level of service is provided to customers.- Manage the relationship with the 3PL, in particular check the level of service and follow up the contracts.- Supervise demand planning to reach efficient level of stock while avoiding out of stock.Management- Accountable for the management and development of the finance and operation teams (set objectives, recruit, coach, evaluate).- Permanently searches, together with Country Manager, to improve controlling capabilities of the organization and the efficiency of processes.- Provides financial information insight on asset management, trough indicators such as DSO, sales & Business trends, to support strategic decisions.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:Education: Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting or a professional accounting certificate required.Languages: Fluency in French and English is necessary, both oral and written. Dutch is a plus.Professional experience: Minimum 7-10 years finance experience in an international environment. Good knowledge of Group reporting, Accounting principles, IFRS.Technical & management skills: Knowledge of Systems: Common ERP and MS Office is necessary / Topaz, SAP & Cognos knowledge is a benefit. Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. Presentation skills.Personal & interpersonal skills: Ability to analyze, compare and interpret facts quickly, Able to develop business acumen and think strategically. Pro-active, Good inter-personal and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels.
