The EY Belgium Actuarial practice offers a broad range of advice to its clients, and we have built a strong reputation as a leading actuarial advisor. The topics we cover include, but are not limited to, domains such as Solvency II, modeling, model validation, IFRS (including IAS19), , actuarial reporting and employee benefit consulting.

We are currently looking for Actuarial EB specialists to strengthen the team; the role will be at Senior Consultant or Manager level (2 to 8 years of experience), in line with the experience of the selected candidate.

  • Work on engagements on pensions & employee benefits, with the opportunity to work on broader actuarial insurance projects

  • Various audit supports

  • Etc.

  • Actively contribute to the development of new solutions

  • Contribute to people-related initiatives, supervise and coach more junior staff

  • Build strong internal relationships within EY Advisory and with other service lines across the organization



To qualify for the role you must have

  • Master degree in Actuarial Sciences

  • Relevant work experience (between 2 and 8 years) in an actuarial-oriented position

  • Experience in programing (Microsoft, R, etc.)

  • Former experience in employee benefits related works

  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Dutch and/or French and proficient level of business English

  • A global mindset, and the drive to work in international teams!
