VF Corporation Digital Marketing Manager in Belgium

Job Description

It is your mission to develop, implement and manage strong and innovative digital marketing strategies for our Lee.com, digital key accounts as well as social channels. You will play an important role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital landscape as well as driving traffic to the Lee.com, generating interest and acquiring new customers.


  • Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including Lee.com, social media and CRM

  • Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution

  • Work in conjunction with Ecommerce, Brand communication and Retail teams to develop marketing calendars for social media, Email marketing and Lee.com channels

  • Set-up digital campaign plans for Digital key accounts (Amazon, Asos, Zalando…)

  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and online media opportunities and ensure the Lee® Brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly in mobile marketing

  • Measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and provide accurate reports and analysis to demonstrate effective return on investment for own channels and Digital key accounts (ROI)

  • Optimize content for the Lee.com and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.

  • Manage creative, copywriting and translation professionals

  • Create product images for the Lee.com

  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence

  • Oversee a social media strategy

  • Optimize the usability, design, content and conversion of the website

  • Manage and maintain the Lee.com website

  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion

  • Assist with providing content for paid media

  • Collaborate with marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all digital channels


  • BS/MS degree in Marketing or related discipline

  • 5 years of relevant experience within a brand or agency, ideally in fashion/retail/apparel

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing is required

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Experience of creating successful digital marketing campaigns across all channels

  • Experience with A/B testing

  • Strong interest in fashion, trends and youth culture

  • Problem solving and customer service driven attitude

  • Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing

  • Team player with great drive and enthusiasm

  • Flexible and able to deal with deadlines

  • Eye for detail, accurate and proactive

  • Eager to learn, “hands on” and good organisation

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and knowledge of other European languages is a plus

  • Ability and means to travel on a flexible schedule is required
