VF Corporation Digital Coordinator Wrangler in Belgium

Job Description

As a Digital Coordinator you will contribute to the success of the Wrangler brand by supporting our eCommerce site, and manage your planning to ensure in time delivery of eMarketing tools and assets, and implement them online. Deliver the best in class brand experience online to our customers and audiences, while always thrive to optimize the site performance.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Planning: Aligned with the online brand strategy, definition and execution of the content plan and calendar needed to run the business and deliver the brand objectives. Coordination between the brand team and the eCom team to ensure the constant delivery of excitement to the online flagship.

  • Production: Creation of seasonal product shots, product descriptions and translations for own website. In charge of the entire process, including sample set coordination. Brief to the production team of the content needed to run dedicated stories and activations online (content pages, influencers, etc..)

  • Delivery: Coordination and execution of the entire delivery of content each season, as well as ongoing upload via Wordpress of the content onto our eCom, and weekly briefings of the newsletters.

  • Follow up: In charge of the outstanding delivery and consistency of the brand presence online.

  • Reporting and analysis: Keep all parties informed about the evolution of the online business: analytic tool (GA 360), and outstanding communication skills to maintain a close relation with all departments

  • Project management: Management of specific projects linked to the online environment: omnichannel approach, iFrame projects etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passionate about the Wrangler brand, and branded environments

  • A commercial, business or marketing education

  • Strong communicator – organizational talent

  • Very organized and punctual

  • Excellent oral and written communication (English) – other languages a plus

  • self-motivated quick learner able to prioritize

  • Keep the overall view and adapt to changing situations

  • Analytical (GA 360 is a plus)

  • Strong IT skills (Master knowledge of excel)

  • Photoshop and Indesign are a plus

  • Wordpress and Exact Target knowledge is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
