The EU Infrastructure Advisory Team, in particular, provides advisory services in the fields of transport, energy and sustainable infrastructure mainly to the EU / IFI Institutions which are clients of a priority focus for our firm globally.

As a result of our continuous and successful growth in this specific consulting space, we currently offer a career opportunity for an Executive Assistance to join the EU Infrastructure Advisory Team and provide support for the implementation of large EU projects.

Main Tasks on assignments:

  • Monitoring of projects’ milestones and deadlines and provide assistance in the preparation and finalization of reports and deliverables;

  • Maintenance of a smooth communication channel between stakeholders, provision and operation of a document exchange system and a stakeholder contacts database;

  • Planning of and participation to events including meetings and workshops, A/V conferencing set-up and provision of travel arrangements and logistic support;

  • Management of daily project accounting and monitoring and reporting of project expenses;

  • Provision of personal assistance and administrative/logistic support to high-level executives, maintaining professional discretion with sensitive and confidential information;

  • Maintenance of paper/electronic filing systems, management of webpages and databases;

  • Supervision of lower-level clerical work

Additional tasks:

  • Under guidance, support for preparation/drafting of proposals in response to tenders issued by the EU / IFI Institutions;

  • Support in the contractual management of projects awarded to EY;



  • University degree preferred;

  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, internships included

  • Experience in providing assistance and managing complex calendar activities;

  • Ability to quickly learn the organizational structure and the objectives of the team as well as capacity to deal with the complexity of a large matrixed organization;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Professional experience with the EU Institutions/large organizations preferred; Organizational skills to develop or revise office procedures, prioritize and schedule work activities of self and others, and balance multiple assignments with limited direction.

  • Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English with good drafting skills. Knowledge of French and/or German is preferred but not required;
