Sales/Account Manager Belgium/Luxembourg
Sales manager for a team of two account managers in the Belgium/Luxembourg region and an account manager for important customers in the Belgium/Luxembourg region (HQ) and within the own defined sales area (stores).
Manage HQ business relationship with Media Saturn and Euronics (Selexion) and Expert in Belgium.
Drive programs for Media Saturn, Euronics and Expert to individual stores and support a team of 2 account managers in the execution.
1st line of contact of Belgium account managers on day to day operational sales topics.
Be the representative of Bose in Belgium and Luxembourg for all Resellers in the Individually Managed Reseller channel and manage the 2nd line of escalation for reseller conflicts in Belgium and Luxembourg.
Achieve the revenue and direct gross margin objectives of the territory.
Execute the sales activities in line with the budget defined by the Sales Manager Benelux.
Execute new product launch plans at account level (sell-in) ensuring highest return on effort.
Manage sell-in and sell-through dealer performance in the territory.
Report store visits and displays checks through SARA / CRM.
Deliver in-store training of retailer sales persons for low traffic stores and validate training execution of CES/STS in high traffic stores.
Complete annual contract negotiations with resellers in assigned territory.
Plan, sign-off and follow-up on the Business Development Fund investments in territory.
Build relationship with key influencers in store and maintain up-to-date contact details.
Build Bose advocacy programs for retailer sales persons.
You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C Sales Management and more than 5 years overall sales experience
You have proven experience in managing high performing teams and improving sales and commercial skills of teams
You are a good communicator in French and Dutch, English as an additional European language is a plus
You have a strong customer orientation: you are committed to understand, meet the needs of, and delight the customer
You have a good knowledge of the Consumer Electronics industry
You have a strong background in MS office and Sales management tools
You have proven experience in business analytics
