Job location(s): Mouscron, Belgium

You will be responsible for organizing, structuring, and handling all the chocolate sample requests received from Sales-Technical Services and the rest of our organization:

  • 90% - Process sample request – issued by Sales, Sales Support, Technical Services (TS)

  • 10% - Recommend and implement the storage requirement, report on the samples requests. Propose and implement potential process improvement, confirmation of the current courier services

Major Tasks

90% Sampling

Identify, prepare samples and parcels, document and follow the standard samples requests (non DVT) received from Sales and Technical Services (TS) in (SFDC)

  • Support the requests for internal sample requests (customer meeting on sites or visits, exhibition, conference). In case of consumption, provide guidance to the requester on the Food Safety and Hygiene practices: handling and potential repacking guidelines, labelling and presentation requirements

  • Handle the ordering and deliveries of the requested items with the different local Supply Chain departments on each site

  • Ensure the stock and replenishment of standard items, organize the storage under the right conditions and regular checks on sensory and appearance.

  • Regular review and updated when needed of the standard TDS Provide technical data sheets to sales

  • Identify and Review the Standard / Non-Standard requests, update with the new status and tracking details.

Other sampling coordination / Sampling of non Standard - issued by Technical Services

Sampling for our organization – Conference and Exhibition, Customer and Internal Meetings, Charity – issued within Cargill and Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate

10% Systems

  • Manage the list of items in (SFDC), make feedback and quarterly report on the current functioning ( /-) and review the potential improvements to implement when possible, together with the SFDC key user team.

  • Review the current courier services system and costing. Confirm if the most suitable or propose change if needed.

    This function will start with the chocolate requests and could be extended. The old shoking products could be included overtime.


  • High school diploma

  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene

  • Some experience in store handling and FIFO is a plus

  • Fluent in English

  • French as working language

  • Computer skilled and reporting knowledge of Excel

  • Organised, clear and structured
