As Senior Finance Analyst, you will be part of the Global Decision Support team that provides reports and insights for 3 Groups. The core responsibility of this team is to own the Budget, Forecast and Month end processes. This is an end-to-end responsibility starting with providing guidance and instructions to the local Accounting & Finance teams and ending with a review and analysis on the submitted data.

Part of the role is to ensure we provide financial information correctly, timely and in full with a deep analysis at an Enterprise level. The role will support the Financial Planning & Analysis Group Lead and Senior business Leaders to perform effective financial analysis and transform disparate data into meaningful information that ultimately generate value to the business. This is a unique opportunity to engage with management while being exposed to leading business support tools (SAP BPC, BI, Tableau) and frameworks (Business Improvement Plan, Smart SG&A).

The role requires an enthusiastic hands-on and can-do individual who has a solid finance understanding, enjoys making improvements (large and small) and is able to navigate in a complex reporting environment. It is important to be comfortable with change and can challenge the status quo by offering new ideas and business insights.

You will be reporting to the Accounting and Finance Decision Support Manager.

Major Tasks

Financial reporting and analysis:

  • Work in BPC (our consolidation tool) for the close cycle and report Group performance including variance analysis and comparison against forecast and budget

  • Translate financial metrics into key insight for strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Build / improve reports critical for month end report

Partnering with FP&A:

  • Decision support partner to the Financial Planning & Analysis Teams

  • Partner with internal customers to develop analyses that lead to actionable insights and improve business decision making, performance, and business growth

  • Transform disparate data from fragmented sources into meaningful information for business analysis (Smart SG&A, Embedded Functional cost, T&E, Corporate charges)

Process Improvement:

  • Work with key stakeholders to improve data integrity and usefulness throughout the Enterprise, including identification of opportunities to improve operations and processes that impact data.

  • Drive consistent use of business support tools (SAP BPC & BI)

  • Utilize and improve existing frameworks and reports to enhance the analytical environment

  • Support reporting in improving month closing process while identifying gaps and establish new key performance metrics where appropriate.

  • Facilitate trainings to our locations and drive process improvements in reporting and consolidation

Ad-hoc Project Support:

  • Financial and analytical support to a wide range of projects e.g. building a reporting environment to support the Group’s Business Improvement Plan



  • Financially oriented university degree (or equivalent)

  • Master degree will be considered as a plus

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial role either in a business or CFR.

  • Knowledge of SAP BPC, BW/BI and/or JDE is a plus.

  • Ability to build relationships and influence people

  • Strong team player able to work and communicate effectively using virtual technology with a worldwide team.

  • Enthusiastic hands-on and can-do mentality.

  • Excellent numerical and Excel skills.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.

  • CPA – IAB- RA/RC
