The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the globalmanagement of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business Analysts(BAs) across Cargill's Food Ingredients & Bio-Industrial (FIBI) Enterprise. You will also be responsible for creating and owning a global roadmapfor the FIBI Instance of Salesforce.com (sfdc) that rolls up the CRM BA’sbusiness sfdc.com roadmaps. You will ensure that instance architecture qualityand organization health is maintained and is responsible for creating and enforcing orggovernance. This role is also a technicalresource to CRM BAs, Global IT, Business Pricing Teams and 3rdparties for complex issues.
The Program Manager:
Ownsthe enhancement roadmap to execute and prioritize projects
Supportsthe long term operational health of the org
Validatesand sets all technical deployments
Providesguidance and training to CRM BAs and Leadership on new and existing Salesforce.com capabilities
25% - Create and own the FIBI Salesforce.com roadmap (including enhancements, projects,milestones and adoption metrics) in collaboration and alignment with theBusiness Process Manager (BPM), CRM BAs and Global IT (both Customer Facing andBRMs). Prioritizes projects andidentifies parallels and themes across businesses to ensure overall health, valueadd and flexibility of the salesforce.com org.
25% - Provideleadership and direction to the CRM BAs. Manage CRM Business Analysts to insure they are executing upon theirresponsibilities and providing value to their assigned businesses and helpingto remove barriers when needed.
15% - Governlarge projects initiated by CRM BAs working with appropriate 3rd parties toensure that correct solutions are being implemented that follow FIBI/Global ITprocess and the Org Governance policies. Manage and review all deployments and changes into the Salesforce.comOrg to protect org health.
10% - Provideleadership to the CRM BAs and their respective businesses on how to leverageSalesforce.com to help reach goals and execute strategy.
10% - Responsiblefor the creation, communication and enforcement of FIBI’s Salesforce Org Governancepolicies and procedures to help maintain and ensure architectural integrity.
10% - Ensureall changes made to the Salesforce.com org do not negatively affect or changethe established process models without approval from FIBI Stakeholders and leadto enhanced capabilities that are being used to create value
5% - Work with business unitpricing teams to insure continuous integration and improvement of theConfigure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tool.
4 year Collegedegree
7 years businessexperience, at least 2 years with Salesforce.com as an administrator and/orconsultant with Technical Expertise on Sales Cloud and Multi-Tenant Organizations
