Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading the EMEIA Talent Acquisition team and delivering top talent inserved areas across the region. This includes the implementation of innovative talent acquisition strategies and practices

while enhancing Ingersoll Rand’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice. This position will manage TalentAcquisition Partners, as well as the extended internal (matrix) team of HR professionals and 3rd party providers as they

source, screen, and fill roles in the EMEIA region.The TA Leader will also own internal client management with Business leaders as well as Talent Management and HRleaders across all Strategic Business Units. The TA Leader will collaborate closely with HR Services leaders to implementand enhance the service delivery model. In addition, the leader may spend up to 10% of their time directly recruiting forselected positions.

Additional Requirements:

•Contribute to and implement innovative sourcing strategies that meet business needs and create a pipeline of high calibertalent for the organization in a timely and cost effective manner.

•Build collaborative relationships with EMEIA business and HR leaders to ensure alignment of the recruitment process withbusiness needs.

•Lead a strategically focused team of trusted talent advisors that works effectively, creatively and collaborativelythroughout the organization with agreed-upon service levels and metrics.

•Develop and lead a Talent Acquisition “Community of Practice” for the extended internal team delivering Talent acquisition services.

•Implement and oversee the utilization of standard work, tools and training to help us select candidates best alignedwith the Ingersoll Rand culture, leadership values and job requirements while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring

manager experience.

•Develop alternative approaches to sourcing candidates; including direct search, referrals, social media/networking,job boards, associations and university recruitment that will deliver top quality candidates and utilize recruiting dollars

effectively.

•Measure and analyze key team metrics for the purpose of ensuring staffing effectiveness and quality; lead efforts to keepthe staffing team aligned and effective against key priorities.

•Contributes to business unit recruiting plans for client group using long range plans (LRP), organizational leadershipreviews (OLR) and annual operating plans (AOP).

•Work closely with the other Talent Acquisition leaders globally to ensure program alignment and the best use of sharedresources.

•Utilize change management skills to implement process changes to continue to improve Talent Acquisition standard workand performance.

Qualifications

•University degree and 5 years of international recruitment experience.

•3 years of experience leading a team in a matrix environment is preferred.

•Proven ability to build and implement innovative approaches to talent acquisition.

•Proven track record developing customer focused relationships and influencing senior leaders across functional andorganizational lines.

•Sourcing expertise including direct sourcing of candidates for complex jobs.

•Fluent English required, multi-lingual a strong plus.
