Catalent Pharma Solutions Packaging Maintenance Technician in Brussels, Belgium
The Packaging Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Manager. The role of the Packaging Maintenance Technician is to monitor our packaging facilities, our subcontractors and to take care of preventive and curative maintenance, while maintaining our quality, safety and planning standards SMMP (Site Maintenance Master Plan). As Maintenance Technician, you work in 3 shifts according to planning.
Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of technical systems which are under the responsibility of the packaging department
Ensure repairs, adjustments, installations and changes needed for packaging equipment according to planning
Communicate all anomalies to the Maintenance Manager
Follow-up and train subcontractors
Participate to the continuous improvement of our maintenance processes and suggest improvements to enhance equipment performance
Review and write SOPs
Ensure presence on site for technical interventions
Enforce quality systems, standards (GMP, FDA, ISO...) and processes in place
Skills and experience
A1/A2 diploma in electromechanics or equivalent by experience
Experience in a maintenance department, in a maintenance or production company focused on health and safety (food/pharma)
Experience with HVACs and aseptic production equipment is a strong asset
Fluent in French, English is an asset
