Digital Solutions Manager


Our mission is to enable our customers to derive exceptional value from our solutions by teaching them to elicit actionable insights from our audience data.

You will be on point for driving adoption and usage of several online Nielsen measurement products in our customer base while providing world-class customer service, with the ultimate goal of increasing revenue from existing customers.

Partnering with our ad ops team, you will be servicing clients that primarily include brands, advertising agencies, ad networks, and publishing firms.

This is a key role with great growth potential and ability to influence a number of different factors, including product, business development and operations.

As Digital Solutions Manager, you will

  • Create proposal and converts the opportunity to a sale. Understand how to price Nielsen's products and the process we use. Identify client need.

  • Own the business plan: financial target/ proposal submission/ revenue on hand/ pipeline.

  • Lead account penetration, adoption and usage to achieve account growth targets.

  • Act as a primary point-of-contact for our clients as a client account..

  • Lead the day-to-day management of client’s campaigns.

  • Partner with the ad operation team to deliver superior customer experience.

  • Teach our clients to interpret the results of our digital campaign data and leverage them in their business

  • Proactively find new ways to build the client’s businesses and to grow accounts.

  • Master and maintain knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.

  • Monitor billing and collection process for accuracy and timeliness.

The Digital Solutions Manager will be experienced in all aspects of digital advertising who thrives on managing and growing existing client business.

The candidate will have at least:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with 5 year’s previous client services / account management experience and 3 years in the digital industry.

  • An understanding of the overall media and measurement/analytics landscape in advertising and marketing trends.

  • An experience with running/overseeing online advertising campaign and media operations.

  • An experience in day-to-day client management

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Strong quantitative skills.

  • Extremely organized and highly motivated.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

  • Experience in giving presentations to clients.

  • Office suite skills

  • Fluent in Dutch and French

  • Business English

The ideal candidate will have in addition

  • Knowledge in the usage and operations of ad serving technologies a plus.
