Digital Sales Manager


Our mission is to enable our customers to derive exceptional value from our solutions by teaching them to elicit actionable insights from our audience data.

You will be on point for driving adoption and usage of several online Nielsen measurement products in our customer base while providing world-class customer service, with the ultimate goal of increasing revenue from existing customers.

Partnering with our ad ops team, you will be servicing clients that primarily include brands, advertising agencies, ad networks, and publishing firms.

This is a key role with great growth potential and ability to influence a number of different factors, including product, business development and operations.

As Digital Sales Executive, you will

  • Own the Sales & Business plan

  • Lead account penetration, adoption and usage to achieve account growth targets.

  • Act as a primary point-of-contact for our clients as a client account.

  • Provide support to clients in terms of measurement of Digital Ad campaign performance and optimization

  • Partner with the ad operation team to deliver superior customer experience.

  • Proactively find new ways to build the client’s businesses and to grow accounts.

  • Master and maintain knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.

  • Monitor billing and collection process for accuracy and timeliness.

The Digital Sales Executive will be experienced in all aspects of digital advertising who thrives on managing and growing existing client business. If you are highly motivated, willing to sell a digital product and discuss the capabilities of the tool in terms of digital campaign optimization and data, this opportunity is yours!

The candidate will have at least:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with previous client services / account management experience and in the digital industry

  • An understanding of the overall media and measurement landscape in advertising and marketing trends

  • An experience with running/overseeing online advertising campaign and media operations

  • An experience in day-to-day client management

  • Analytical skills (quantitative)

  • Project management skills

  • Experience in giving presentations to clients

  • Fluent in Dutch and French

  • Business English

The ideal candidate will have in addition

  • Knowledge in the usage and operations of ad serving technologies a plus.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
