As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead our expansion and growth strategy in the Region, working closely through our major Partner Channels, Resellers and Hospitals in Belgium, Luxemburg and Nederland. The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Sales Director Northern Europe, and be part of our International Healthcare team.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with existing Nuance Technology customers. We have more than7000 clinicians using our technology in the Region today.

  • Sales Support to existing partners, especially on our new cloud based products.

  • Diagnostic Partners like AGFA, Sectra, Carestream, GE, Siemens.

  • Channel Distributors and Resellers.

  • EMR vendors.

  • Add new Resellers to our partner list.

  • Promote Nuance Healthcare Development platform to clinical application vendors.

  • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.

Required Skills:

  • Strong commerical experience of selling Software Healthcare Solutions

  • Experience in value based selling

  • Proven sales record to Healthcare from similar position. (Software/solutions)

  • Proven network inside acute hospitals in Benelux.

  • IT skills to be able to discuss technical requirements.

  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • High degree of self-motivation and ambition.

  • Language skills: French and Dutch

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience from the DD/SR business

  • Clinical background
