You will give administrative Support and ensure coordination role for the entire Central Team Quality (QA) Supply chain activities within Quality Management Control Entity EMEA
You will support/manage/coordinate projects related to continuous improvement, integration, acquisition or demerge activities managed through central QA Supply chain team
You will ensure maintenance and compliance of QA supply chain regional quality system of the entity in line with the Global Quality Procedures
As part of your role, you will:
Provide specific administrative support to QA Supply chain Management within Quality Management Control Entity EMEA and/or coordination of central activities such as:
o travel arrangement,
o meetings and events organization,
o follow up and organization of critical entity activities like entity and cluster objectives, highlights, scorecards,
o recurrent calls like staff meeting, project office, status or follow up meetings, plus meeting minutes
o W&D Gemba follow up etc…..
Maintain and manage Quality Country Operations and Supply Chain ( QCOSC) (CQA) sharepoint
Provide support to the Senior Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) Manager to assure maintenance and compliance of QA supply chain regional quality system of the entity
o Be the owner of quality system documents for the region related to CAPA, quality reviews, etc….
o Assure timely change of these documents in line with corporate Quality Management System (QMS)
o Coordinate or execute the necessary reviews of quality system elements like CAPA, replenishment complaint analysis, change control, W&D QA taskforce, Validation,…)
Support improvement projects of the team members:
o Work with the overall project leader to identify the project scope and way to progress
o Provide planning and work out the project in function of planning and agreed targets
o Coordinate and/or execute related project tasks
Take on and provide status updates for change controls and Non Conformance (NCR) for the central team in Trackwise
Additional asset: Sharepoint expert developing sharepoint solutions where possible. This includes creating sharepoints using email sending features and programming logic.
Who you are
You have a Bachelor Level in Management Office with preference in a scientific environment and 2 to 5 years’ experience in administrative Support with scientific knowledge
You are fluent in French and English with knowledge of Dutch
You can work with MS office tools, Visio.
You have knowledge of QCO&SC procedures applicable in area of responsibilities
You have a basic understanding of ERP systems (Wise, JDE, WMS)
Technical writing skills are an asset
You have good organizational skills
You are multi-tasks oriented
You are flexible
You are eager to learn
You have diplomatic skills, tact and discretion
