As Engineer II, you will assume the role and responsibilities of Technical lead / Change Control Owner within BGOE-Sustaining Product Organization across multiple global business units (Nutrition, Fluid System, Renal, Pharmaceutical) Our employees around the world are connected by an enduring commitment to save and sustain lives. More specifically, you will: * Lead the product support activities associated with supplier notifications of change. * Execute sustaining activities, secure product/ process changes with the inputs of technical SMEs (subject matter experts) inputs, product design owner (PDO) and global business owner (GPO). * Gain expertise/knowledges with the different product container delivery systems for Nutrition, Fluids system and Renal container in order to consider projects for value improvement and for product quality complaint reductions. * Participate in multifunctional project teams for the maintenance of high quality products, to consolidate the planning of activities and lead execution within defined timeline. Secure the completion of tasks according to business needs, defined plans and in compliance with the quality system. * Lead and execute investigations as part of manufacturing process CAPA. As technical lead, participate to the design of appropriate experiments, to verification testing aimed at solving technical issues and at monitoring the effectiveness of changes. * Ensure good internal and cross-functional communications (oral and written), provide regular update of projects. Execute all above tasks in compliance with quality system, local environmental rules and in respect of international/regional/national regulations for Drugs and Medical Device registrations.

Who You are * MS in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Bio-mechanical Engineer sciences or equivalent * Relevant experience in medical device and/or drug developments, * Relevant experience in life cycle management of pharmaceutical products medical device is a plus * Fluency in English (spoken, written) * Knowledge on parenteral products, medical devices and associated therapies is an asset. * Knowledge on Medical product life cycle management process and regulations is a strong asset. * Knowledge of Design Control documentation is an asset * Problem-solving methodology, tasks planning and controlling. * Ability to work independently * Ability to manage in parallel several projects and shift priorities when necessary per business needs * Ability to break down technical activities, to seek internally and externally for information needed to execute task per plan and report progress. * Good communication * Familiar with statistics * Ability / experience designing technical studies interpreting results from complex instrumentation What we offer
