Baxter Clinical Sales Representative Renal HD & HHD in Belgium, Belgium
In this position you are responsible for achieving Renal sales targets and implementing sales strategies in order to attain sales volume, customer growth, monitor dialyser, disposalbes & HHD growth and customer satisfaction for the Renal HD & HHD in Flanders region.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Achieve revenue, sales, profit, critical goals & qualitative lead objectives and targets for the assigned Renal Therapies in Flanders (HD & HHD) Target customers to visit are : Primarily nephrologists and secondary Headnurses, Technicians of the Dialysis Unit. Buying Department & Pharmacist visits in close collaboration with KAM team. Prepare, implement and review targeted account plans aligned with the commercial policies defined by Baxter. Plan and prepare for each customer visit and record outcomes in Boost Salesforce system. Identify tender renewal for the assigned products & therapies and take ownership in the response process with support of line manager / Therapy specialist /Marketing/KAM & tender office
Maintain presence in all targeted customers, according to the Marketing segmentation. Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customers & plan visits with them. Build and develop professional long-term customer relationships. Propose and provide each customer with appropriate solutions that will maximize opportunities both for the customer and for Baxter. Communicate all relevant information to existing and potential customers to guarantee their awareness of Baxter product portfolio and its benefits. Continuously assess the market for new customers / opportunities / risks for Baxter products. Acquire new customers.
Work closely together with Therapy specialist to plan & organize customer events (lunch& learns, focus groups, (portfolio) presentations & demo’s) Support therapy specialist in customer training and support / assistance where needed. Participate in congresses, symposia organized by DTV, NBVN, ORPADT,…and other customer events
Capture and maintain all relevant sales and customer data. Gather and share with therapy specialist, other sales reps & KAM and with line management all possible information on market intelligence and competitor activities to help anticipate competitive moves.
Deal with customer complaints & implement corrective actions. Finalize budgets and forecasts in cooperation with line management / Marketing. Works closely with Sales Manager, Product Managers, KAM ,Reps and Sales Support.
Education / experience:
Bachelor’s degree required. Scientific or medical / paramedical degree – strong scientific Background or assimilated by experience. Minimum 2 years of Sales experience within Healthcare Industry / Hospital environment / medical sales. Strong network in dialysis environment in Flanders region is a big plus. Languages: excellence in Dutch; professional level of English. French verbal skills are a plus. PC Skills (Word, Excel,Outlook, PowerPoint). Acquaintance with Salesforce application is a plus
