As the Senior Director, EMEA Professional Services, you will possess the experience and skills to own all strategic and operational areas of International Services. This incorporates Professional Services and Education Services. The key responsibilities include:o Ownership of services strategy and operational execution to ensure the regions meet and exceed revenue and contribution targets (Professional Services and Education Services)o Work within a matrix organisation where regional services leaders work dotted line to Regional General Manager (GM), and straight line into function.o Accountability for Services pipeline and backlog, and working with Regional GMs ensuring the right mix of services are applied to all product dealso Accountability for Services forecasting in line with the International Operations Calendaro Responsibility for global resource allocation and the ability to leverage partnerso Accountability for managing project and milestone risk, and ensuring that the appropriate risk management processes are in place for any engagements that meet the agreed criteriao Directly manage Regions to ensure that service delivery is consistent across international specifically:o Resource optimization (sharing resources and skills and driving increased productivity)o Consistent operational processes, reporting and metrics utilizing standard operational infrastructure (Open-Air)o Best practice and knowledge sharing with Kronos Global Services, and ensuring these best practices are deployed across the International Regionso Develop and implement a consistent Support blueprint across the International Regions, which will cover both Direct and Indirect support models.o Take ownership for the development of consistent tools and processes to onboard new services employees and to drive increased productivity in existing services people, including Implementation methodology, and skills developmento Working with International Operations and Channels ensuring that the right services strategy is in place to support regional ChannelsIn addition, you will:• Meet or exceed all total revenue targets (Professional Services & Education Services) and achieve margin target• Maintain a strong services leadership team with the goal of building your successor through targeted development activities.
Qualifications:• Degree or equivalent preferred.• International Management experience, in more than just the EMEA area.• Multilingual: English & French or German• 10 years of proven Services Management Experience within an Enterprise Software Company.• Demonstrated success of consistently exceeding revenue targets**MUST be located by a major airport#LI-BV1
