As Supply Chain Business Process Specialist DPP EMEA, you are a key player in ensuring Compliance and supporting the various Supply Chains within DPP EMEA through Reporting, Analysis and cross functional collaboration on business processes. Your key responsibilities include:
Responsible for Compliance of Supply Chain DPP EMEA, ensuring reporting, SOX and DIOSA compliance.
Responsible for Material Master request coordination for Planning and tracking on timely completion.
Responsible for driving DLF performance for assigned businesses for DPP EMEA. Leads analysis of DLF metrics including DTP, DCOT etc, performing necessary analysis to drive DTP improvement, trend analysis to determine improvement actions, drive execution of improvement plan with various functions.
Leads the None-Productive Inventory analysis for assigned businesses for DPP EMEA, drives for reducing NPI-inventory.
Responsible for leading Service Complaints investigations for DPP EMEA, including driving for improvement actions and adequate report-outs.
Experienced in Suppy Chain, Customer Service, Logistics - min 5 years experience
Strong analytical skills, experienced in Excel
Excellent communication skills (English, Dutch)
Good teamplayer, collaborating with others
Computer skills: Experienced SAP user, MS windows, all MS office including excel
